JCorp, a sole proprietorship registered in France, is responsible for processing enquiries submitted through this website. For privacy questions and requests, contact contact@jcorp.tech.
Data and purposes
The form collects your name, email address, project type and message. Your phone number is optional. This information helps us understand your enquiry, respond and, where relevant, prepare a service proposal. Required fields are necessary to process your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive information in your message.
Legal bases
Service enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Other professional enquiries are handled on the basis of JCorp’s legitimate interest in responding. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Recipients
Enquiries are intended for JCorp. When the form is enabled, Cloudflare provides its infrastructure and abuse protection, Resend transmits emails, and Google Gmail hosts JCorp’s destination mailbox. Messages sent directly to contact@jcorp.tech may also be received through Resend and forwarded to that mailbox.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for the time needed to handle them and follow up on the exchange. Once the exchange is closed, information no longer needed is deleted unless a legal obligation or the defence of legal rights justifies retention. Where a contractual relationship follows, related documents are retained under the obligations applicable to that relationship. Technical providers also apply their own log retention rules.
Providers and international transfers
Cloudflare, Resend and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Processing terms and transfer mechanisms depend on the services and agreements involved. See the information provided by Cloudflare, Resend and Google.
Storage and security
The website does not create advertising cookies or marketing profiles. Language selection uses the URL. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser and connection signals to help prevent automated submissions. The website does not keep enquiries in its own database: they are transmitted by email.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data. Depending on the legal basis and applicable conditions, you may also exercise rights of objection and portability. Contact contact@jcorp.tech. You may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL.
